Calling for help in an emergency should be the easy step. These are the commitments behind the number on this site, and the limits of them, stated in the same breath.
Someone answers, at any hour
The line on this site is answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year, holidays included. Damage does not keep business hours and neither does the phone.
You are never billed for this service
Using this service costs you nothing. No charge to call, none to be connected, and none for whatever quotes you collect. Only the work you hire is paid for, and you pay the contractor directly.
Local crews, licensed for the trade
Every contractor on the other end of this line is independent, carries the license Virginia requires for this work, and serves Annandale and the towns around it. Ask to see both the license and the insurance certificate.
If the match is wrong, call back
Should the match go wrong, one more call puts you in touch with a different contractor. No fee, no form, no explanation needed beyond “that one did not work out”.
What this page does not promise
None of the above is a warranty on anyone’s workmanship. The contractors are independent businesses, not employees of this site, and the work you agree with one of them is a contract between you and that contractor — its quality, its price, its schedule and its guarantee are theirs to give and yours to hold them to.
