Annandale Water Damage Restoration covers Annandale and 23 Northern Virginia communities within about nine miles: Fairfax County places from Lake Barcroft and Springfield to Burke, Vienna, Tysons, McLean, Huntington and Lorton, plus Arlington County and the independent cities of Alexandria, Fairfax and Falls Church. Washington, D.C. and Maryland addresses are not served.

Each community page sticks to what is true there. Huntington sits on Cameron Run, which flooded about 160 homes in June 2006 before the county built a levee and pump station. Lake Barcroft wraps around a reservoir dammed on Holmes Run in 1913–1915, and North Springfield borders Lake Accotink.
Mailing addresses blur the map. An Alexandria, Falls Church or Springfield address often belongs to a Fairfax County neighborhood, and that matters for repair permits: Fairfax County Land Development Services handles those, while Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church and the City of Fairfax each run their own building offices. The ZIP checker settles coverage.

It depends on the street. Lincolnia, Franconia and Huntington use Alexandria ZIP codes but sit in Fairfax County; only the independent City of Alexandria, from Old Town to the West End, is the city itself. Both are covered. The difference shows up later, in which office issues permits for any rebuild.
They sit inside the service radius but don't have their own pages yet, so call with the address and you'll get a straight answer on whether a crew can take the job. Manassas, Sterling, Ashburn and Leesburg are outside the area.
Low-lying streets along Cameron Run, Holmes Run and Accotink Creek, as Huntington learned in 2006 and again in 2011. Most other calls, from Burke to Vienna, come from storm runoff, groundwater and sump failures in basements rather than overflowing streams. Fairfax County's stormwater pages carry flood information for the county.
Yes. Arlington County, Alexandria, Falls Church and the City of Fairfax get the same crews, the same estimate ranges and the same documentation as Fairfax County addresses. Only the permit office changes, since each runs its own, separate from Fairfax County Land Development Services.
